When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process and refund your return ASAP, but on occasions, it may take up to 7 days for your return to be processed and a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account. Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund back to the original payment method minus any shipping charges and handling fees. We will notify you when this has been done.

Is the delivery charge refunded?

Unfortunately, we do not refund delivery charges on any orders.

My order hasn't arrived yet?

Sorry that your order hasn't been delivered yet. Please check the estimated delivery time frame. If it is before this date, please wait until the end of the estimated delivery time frame i.e., the 14th business day to receive your parcel.

My tracking is showing 'Not Found' on the Royal Mail website, what do I do?

Please allow up to 10 days for tracking details to update on the Royal Mail website. If the tracking details do not update, please get in contact with customer services on info@shaksboutique.co.uk

Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

We currently offer UK ONLY next day delivery on selected items. (Order before 13:00pm Monday - Friday - excluding bank holidays)
